Bandazian Hearing From Two Schools

Jack Bandazian has been starting at bandit safety for Ramapo High School since his freshman year and is the only person that has started since his freshman year since Chris Sims was with the team. Scout.com caught up with him recently to find out which programs are contacting him.

Jack Bandazian, a 5-foot-9, 190-pound athlete from Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes, N.J., is a prospect that has a tremendously muscular build, brings a solid amount of athleticism to the field and plays both running back and safety for his team. He talked to us a bit about the schools contacting him most right now and the main program seems to be the Wolfpack of NC State.

“I’ve been getting a lot of letters from North Carolina State and Temple right now,” Bandazian said. “I’ve probably gotten about 10 letters from NC State inviting me up to games to meet coaches, so I think after the season I’m going to go check them out.”

“I know I’m on Rutgers list and am hoping to get something from them soon,” Bandazian explained. “Right now I’m really open and the only thing that’s really important to me in this process is finding a good academic institution. This summer I went to the FBU camp, Schumans and the Ultimate 100 camp, so I think I definitely got my name out a bit from those. I think I did pretty well considering the competition and I ran a 4.3 short shuttle and was right there with everyone in the one-on-one drills, so it was a good time.”

Bandazian has carried the ball 45 times for 350 yards and seven touchdowns so far as a junior this season.
